The series “I Asked for a Tender Hold” is inspired by the quest to hold and be held, to show and receive gentleness. It endeavors to find the softness and edge in the journey towards embrace and contact, and the limits of care when we are out of reach and out of touch.
The sensual lens frames the masculine form as the subject of this journey. In the distance and proximity of these subjects is curiosity and desire for a tender hold.
